Common Business Acknowledgement is a set of technologies to use for varous types of acknowledgement. Primary the targets are legally relevant acknowledgement such as Acknowledgement of Receipts/Reach.
The techniques are designed be independent of choosen electronic communication technology. The CBA intend to pich up where EDIACT left of and create good foundation for legally relevant communication that combines best practices with modern technology.
The goal is to create a set of freely available acknowedgement techniques, technologies that are based on international laws, conventions and recommendations such as those from UN/CITRAL (eCommerce, CISG), UN/CEFACT (UN Rec 26 and 31) and national legislation.
